Through his extensive experience in urban regeneration and balanced
development at the Seoul Metropolitan Government, as well as his leadership in
urban development administration at the district level, he has developed a deep
understanding of urban spaces and communities.

He believes that redevelopment is not simply about replacing aging buildings, but
rather a process that should preserve and enhance the value of communities while
improving the quality of life for their residents. Guided by this philosophy,
he currently leads and oversees redevelopment projects.
