"Performance is not created by individuals, but built together by the organization."

As President & General Manager of Tomoon CM, I will earn our clients' trust by staying true to the basics and abiding by our principles.
Building on that trust, I will pursue business diversification and strengthen our organizational capabilities to create sustainable performance for Tomoon Engineering.
I believe that an organization's results are built together, more than by any one person's ability. With that belief, I will be a partner who runs side by side with our employees.
