In order to overcome the steep slope of the landform, the apartments were planned in linear style while artificial foundation was created to flatten the steepness of the slopes, and we also focused on making use of large scale underground space. The apartments have openness and to the east, there is more privacy. The apartments along Mt. Dodeok allow plenty of sunlight and view from within the site. We created the center of the apartment site to be linked directly with the commercial facilities to the north and the entrance to the east. As a result, a dominant edestrian axis and green axis, which links Mt. Dodeok, the inner part of the site, and center of the site, was created.
