Pyeongtaek Anjung Branch Office

The Anjung Branch Office sits at the center of the Hwayang District, where the characteristics of city and nature meet. With Pyeongtaek Port to the west of the site and, to the east, the main road connecting to Anjung Terminal and the planned Anjung Station, the site offers easy access for residents. A sports park, Donghapsan Neighborhood Park behind the site, and a large commercial district and neighborhood plaza in front of it allow the city, nature, and residents to share a closely connected flow of daily life.

The Anjung Branch Office introduces flexible work spaces to improve both the working environment for staff and the quality of administrative service. The library is expected to function as a complex cultural space open to local residents, and together with other open community areas outside, it will serve as an open space for citizens—positioning the complex as a hub for western Pyeongtaek.

Like a flower blooming on a branch, the Anjung Branch Office is set to become a landmark not only for western Pyeongtaek but for the city as a whole, marking the beginning of a district poised for continued growth.
