This project proposes a large-scale mixed-use urban development that maximizes land-use efficiency by placing high-tech logistics facilities underground and integrating residential, office, commercial, and cultural functions within a single complex.

Centered around a central park and publicly accessible open spaces, the plan establishes a pleasant pedestrian environment throughout the site. Commercial facilities and a landmark tower are positioned along Siheung-daero to create a new focal axis for the surrounding area. Multiple access points and a multi-level circulation network further strengthen connections with the surrounding city, while enabling logistics operations to coexist with everyday urban life. Through this integrated approach, the project aims to establish a future-oriented, high-tech mixed-use district that represents Seoul’s southwestern region.
