Aqua Pet Land is a facility that integrates the production, distribution, sales, and experiential activities of ornamental fish in one location, with the aim of fostering the ornamental fish industry as a new national industry. Located within the Multi-Techno Valley (MTV) in Jeongwang-dong, Siheung-si, Gyeonggi-do, it was developed as a new hub for marine leisure in the city.

Four buildings were arranged to attract visitors and create a central plaza. The facility layout considers views and commercial activation, while its distinctive design symbolizes Aqua Pet Land and establishes it as a landmark for both the ornamental fish industry and Siheung City. The project also actively connects with the adjacent ornamental fish-themed park, contributing to the revitalization of the industry and the surrounding community.
