Pyeongtaek City Administrative Town Development Project – Schematic Design Technical Proposal

The design pursues an integrated urban grid connecting Pyeongtaek's past, present, and future, structured around four key strategies. The "Iconic GRID" embodies the city's identity through a design symbolizing Pyeongtaek Forest, linking a central plaza and courtyard to create a landmark government complex with open spaces for public interaction. The "Safety GRID" strengthens disaster response and citizen safety through adjusted flood-resilient elevation planning, seismic- and wind-resistant structural design of the highest grade, and a real-time integrated disaster response system (SI), realizing a resilient public complex. The "High-Tech GRID" enhances construction efficiency and user convenience through smart displacement sensors, BIM and advanced IT systems, and AI-based parking guidance, delivering an advanced administrative complex. The "Green GRID" pursues a low-carbon, high-efficiency, and sustainable complex through Zero Energy Building certification (Grade 4), an integrated BEMS, and rooftop and indoor green landscaping
