The new Gangbuk-gu District Office is designed around three strategies: maximizing green space (Urban Park), shared spaces for residents (Life Platform), and independent secure spaces (Work Station).

A spacious plaza on the ground level improves access and naturally connects to the commercial area, while green and open spaces extend into the building to create a community space that coexists with the local community. Box-shaped shared platforms with resident amenities form open, specialized spaces, while efficient circulation maximizes accessibility.
