“Millennium Tree” Design — LH Headquarters
The LH Headquarters, the largest among the new headquarters buildings constructed for public institutions relocated outside the Seoul metropolitan area, was designed under the concept of the “Millennium Tree.” The design incorporates values of sustainability, openness, sculptural expression, and practicality, aiming to create a high-quality, long-lasting, and energy-efficient building. Beyond establishing a landmark building of the highest quality both domestically and internationally, the project was envisioned as a center for fostering a community connected with the surrounding region.

An Eco-Friendly Landmark Embodying Millennium Values and the LH Spirit
Located in the Gyeongnam Jinju Innovation City, the new headquarters was designed to harmonize with the overall flow of the Innovation City, respond to employees’ expectations, and embody the image of an environmentally friendly public institution. As the beginning of a new millennium of value, the open layout toward Yeongcheon River and Jinju expresses the spirit of LH Corporation—to communicate and engage with the wider world.
