The Crown
Located near the International Exchange Complex, Jamsil Woosung Apartments offer an optimal location. Building on the complex’s potential and Tomoon’s vision, the project was designed under the concept “The Crown” to establish a distinguished residential district. Specialized planning strategies were proposed throughout the project to differentiate it from other apartment reconstruction projects.

NEW Residential Trend
The plan provides specialized community facilities and diverse amenities at 1.5 times the standard provision, along with underground parking for 1.8 vehicles per household. A deck-based parking plan reduces construction costs, while a street-style retail area and waterfront plaza create an active community environment. Residential units maximize service areas through three-sided open layouts and provide generous terraces. Drawing on Tomoon’s experience in planning large-scale complexes of more than 6,000 households, the project maximizes overall project feasibility.
