Leveraging its prime location along the Han River, the Apgujeong Apartment District Special Planning Zone 4 reconstruction project is built around one core goal: 100% Han River views and 100% south-facing orientation for every member household. Spanning B3~70F with a total of 1,840 units, the plan maximizes the floor area ratio at 300%, expanding unit sizes through a tailored portfolio ranging from compact to super-large units.

Under the concept of "ART.TECTURE," the complex arranges a cluster of super-tall landmark towers around a central plaza, separating the community deck from the retail zone to create a private complex shielded from outside access. Landscaping centers on the expansive Apgujeong River Park, featuring a vista canal, a High Line-style park, and a forest trail for a year-round natural setting. Each unit is designed with four-sided open balconies for 360-degree panoramic views, with differentiated unit types including a dual penthouse, a grand dining house, and a royal terrace house.
