The Pyeongtaek Administrative Town is designed as an open space connecting the city and the government complex at the heart of Godeok International New Town. Situated within a park, it is planned to harmonize nature with the city, offering a space for free public interaction through horizontal open space and a layered, three-dimensional park. The building's form presents a facade from every direction, arranged with pedestrian circulation in mind, and incorporates eco-friendly systems reflecting sustainability and public value.
The lower floors house a daycare center, convention hall, and resident amenities, with community spaces linked to green areas that encourage citizens to naturally gather and stay. The interior of the complex maximizes openness, with wide terraces and continuous spatial arrangements that connect the indoors with nature. Reflecting Pyeongtaek's topographical character, the complex is designed as an eco-friendly landmark and an open administrative town that communicates with its citizens.
