Next Ground is KDB’s policy finance hub and a startup and venture ecosystem hub near Seonin Industrial Complex in the Chungcheong region.

The building adopts the ‘Three Ground’ concept, integrating Finance Ground, Start-Up Ground, and Support Ground vertically and horizontally. Courtyards and shared circulation organically connect each program, accommodating IR, mentoring, networking, experiments, and research within one space.

The exterior aims for ‘Nature Ground,’ connecting the city and nature through the central void. Public spaces between the voids provide open spaces for communication with local residents and visitors. Site conditions, including level differences, traffic flow, and surrounding nature, were carefully analyzed to ensure harmonious land use and comfortable access.
