This project is the reconstruction of the aging Jamsil Miseong and Clover Apartments, which were completed more than 30 years ago. Its main theme is to respond to the rapidly changing and increasingly diverse urban context of the area while revitalizing the local community through a high-end residential culture.

Three residential towers connected by sky bridges will serve as landmarks for the area alongside Lotte World Tower. Commercial facilities connected to the sunken plaza and community amenities create opportunities for resident- and neighborhood-centered interaction. Diverse and differentiated residential unit types respond to changing lifestyles and provide a new living environment for future residents.
