This project is part of a major housing reconstruction initiative in the Gangnam area of Seoul, transforming the existing low-rise apartment complex into a large-scale residential development comprising 17 buildings of up to 35 stories, with a total of 2,091 residential units. The development is directly connected to Guban-po Station in Seocho-gu, Seoul, and is surrounded by major urban infrastructure, including Sehwa Middle and High Schools, a sports complex, and waterfront parks. In particular, specific core strategies are required to proactively address the potential displacement of subway facilities caused by large-scale excavation during the early stages of construction, as well as the site's high groundwater level. Throughout the entire construction period, stringent management is also essential to minimize disruption to the operation of adjacent schools and facilities and to control environmental impacts such as noise, vibration, and dust. Furthermore, this is a site that demands advanced construction management capabilities across all aspects of project management — including the active review and management of constructability enhancement strategies such as the NRC method to secure schedule stability and the move-in date, while thoroughly verifying and implementing unit-specific specialized layouts and premium features befitting a high-end residential development in the Gangnam area.
