This project involves the development of a large-scale data center in the Buk-Cheonan area, which offers excellent accessibility to the Seoul metropolitan area. Ensuring the reliability of critical infrastructure—including power, telecommunications, and cooling systems—and uninterrupted operational performance is essential. Accordingly, the interfaces among key systems, including power receiving and substation systems, UPS and emergency power generation, and cooling systems, must be proactively reviewed and coordinated, while construction quality and equipment performance must be systematically verified by trade and by stage. In addition, potential interference among complex MEP trades must be proactively managed, followed by integrated commissioning and performance verification to ensure a stable operating environment. Furthermore, given the project's SPC structure and phased development over two stages, systematic management of key milestones and project costs is essential, together with professional construction management capable of proactively identifying and mitigating risks throughout the entire project lifecycle.
