This project involves the development of a large-scale agricultural complex in Yanghak-ri, Hyeongyeong-myeon, Muan-gun, designed to respond to climate change and evolving agricultural conditions and to establish a research and demonstration base for future agriculture. The project includes the development of an agricultural technology center, science-based agricultural infrastructure, and demonstration test fields for new agricultural technologies. Given the scale of this vast, approximately 210,000 m² site, where infrastructure—including earthworks, drainage, and roads—is being developed alongside buildings and demonstration test fields, integrated construction management is essential, with careful consideration of level differences and schedule interfaces among the various facilities. In addition, the project requires the reliable implementation of agricultural water supply and stormwater and drainage systems, as well as the performance assurance of facilities and equipment for smart farms and research and demonstration facilities. Systematic schedule management is also required to address delays arising during the permitting process, including the lifting of restrictions on the agricultural promotion area.
