This project involves the development of a large-scale residential complex comprising 1,126 apartment units within the Seongseong 5 District Urban Development Project. The project offers a pleasant residential environment adjacent to Seongseong Lake Park, as well as close proximity to surrounding industrial complexes for work-life convenience. In particular, systematic construction management is required to minimize interference among trades while considering the interfaces with neighboring residential developments planned for continuous development in the surrounding area, and to ensure consistent quality across all units throughout the large-scale complex. Furthermore, stable construction management of earthworks and foundation works is essential to address high groundwater levels and soft ground conditions. In addition, comprehensive site management is required to address complaints and safety concerns involving nearby schools, while schedule management must minimize potential interference with adjacent development projects. Accordingly, the project requires a systematic and integrated management strategy covering the entire construction process.
