The complex was designed under three concepts for harmonious life between the city and the nature (harmonization with nature, vertical expansion, human restoration). Duplex-type units and terraces were designed based on the vertical transformation of 2Bay, to propose various unit houses that respect the individualities of the consumers.
The diverse units formed an exterior space distinguished from existing joint houses. The design resulted in more spacious exterior compared with the same number of conventional houses, as well as corner houses where the residents can enjoy the panoramic view of the surrounding areas. Humanistic streets and land mark elements were introduced between the 5 nature-themed yards and the 3 urban-themed gardens, proposing a new type of residence.
